Israel Assassinates HAMAS Leader Inside Iran

Following Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s visit to The US Congress, where he received 81 rounds of applause for his speech, Israel has gone INTO The Nation of Iran to assassinate a HAMAS Leader. This assassination was done in Iran’s Capital of Tehran by Israel’s Intelligence & Covert Operations Organization, Mossad. Ismail Haniyeh, The Former HAMAS Leader, was taken out via detonation in his bedroom. He was residing in an Iranian Government Residence, thus this Security Breach comes largely as a surprise to Iran.

Due to the attack INSIDE of Iran and to one of their Allies, Iran has ordered a DIRECT STRIKE on Israel. Israel most likely understood there would be retaliation, but what kind of retaliation is the real question. While there is long-standing conflict between Israel & Iran, to go INSIDE of another Nation and breach the most vulnerable of places is quite the achievement, but also a non-diplomatic move. In general, when one Country goes inside another Country and commits an action, disregarding of Rules of Engagement, you are instigating escalation of conflict.

At the very least, Iran must show strength to their people by implementing a retaliatory attack that Israel can easily block with its Iron Dome (Anti-Missile Defense System). Iran understands that America backs and supports Israel due to co-opting of US Congress & The US Executive Branch, therefore Iran must tread carefully. With that being said, Iran is still a fatal foe as they have competitive Arms, including the potential of Nuclear Weapons. Israel likely holds Nuclear Arms as well, but Mutually Assured Destruction would not fare well for either Nation.

Many “Experts” are claiming that Israel had The Right to go inside of Iran and commit an assassination as it was pursuant to a terrorist organization. When you are in pursuit of a ‘Terrorist Organization’, you have a "Legal Right" to withhold a Nation’s Sovereignty. This would be similar to an Officer trespassing on Private Property in pursuit of a Criminal (although there are thresholds of Criminals). This is great in Theory and in many reasonable situations, we would culturally approve, however, Nations STILL RETAIN their Sovereignty, the same as US Citizens retain their Property Rights from Officers trespassing.

With this Legal Theory disrupted, we have a practical notion here. To infiltrate and embarrass a Nation in this manner is not a smart move as repercussion is imminent after an operation like this. There is an exception here, which is that Israel knows they’re protected by a larger power (America). Iran acknowledges this as well (behind the scenes). We may either see a soft retaliation, or Iran may require a HARSHER assault on Israel to showcase strength and send a message that efforts like this will not be tolerated.

Israel is able to operate in such a reckless and belligerent fashion because they have become complacent with Power. America may still support Israel as The Middle Eastern Eye, but to be largely co-opted by Israeli Interest Groups and have our Government compromised only hurts the Interests of The American People.

This situation must be contained before The Globe breaks out into another World War. In this scenario, very few people win; in fact, most people will lose, especially those who mind their own business, have a family, and want to enjoy the prosperity of Life around them.
