Frequently Asked Questions
The most prominent questions we've received with our most sound answers.
Shipping & Returns
When will my order Ship?
Please allow for 3-5 business days to process orders. We may process items sooner, but are transparent with the potential wait times.
Depending on the product, shipping times will be different. We have conveniently placed the estimated shipping time for each product in the product details. We do our best to group orders together in an efficient manner, if possible.
Is my item eligible for a Refund?
Unfortunately, we do not offer Returns at this time. All sales are Final. We are building towards a sustainable Shipping & Returns program.
Apparel
Are your products Ethically-Sourced?
We work with many manufacturers to facilitate our product creation.
We do our best to be as ethically-sourced as possible, but it’s not perfect. As we scale, we plan on prioritizing ethically-sourced material in a more significant manner.
How do I know if my Items will fit me?
The majority of our apparel is True To Size.
With that being said, we've incorporated Size Guides to each respective piece of Apparel.
Can I submit a Graphic Design?
We have a team ready & willing to accept any potential graphic designs, even if rudimentary. Contact Us and we’ll take a look.
Supplements & Skincare
Isn't it better to get Vitamins from a Well-Balanced Diet as opposed to Supplements?
Generally, yes. However, many of our foods are compromised and depleted of nutrients compared to what our Ancestors experienced.
This is a result from Modern-Day Food Manufacturing.
An example of this is the water we drink — it no longer has adequate amounts of Magnesium as we rely on City Water that has gone through a Water Treatment System.
Another example would be Vitamin D. Most foods DON’T have enough Vitamin D, as our primary method of creating Vitamin D was to synthesize it via Ultra-Violet Light with Sun Exposure.
The Vast Majority of The Western World lives a sedentary lifestyle, leading to an increase in rates of Chronic Vitamin D Deficiency.
How do I know what I'm Deficient in?
A Blood Test is a good start to analyzing what you’re lacking, although, Blood Tests account for Serum Blood NOT what’s inside The Cell; A simple Blood Test may not be adequate for an Electrolyte read unless you’re at the radical extremes of disequilibrium.
Another method to determine what you’re lacking is to consult with a Trusted Medical Professional and evaluate symptoms. Tie this to your Activity Level, Diet, and other factors. Collect Data, Isolate Variables, and operate within a safe & supervised ‘Trial & Error” Method.
With this, along with routine Labs, you can cultivate an analysis of what you’re deficient or sufficient in.
Donations
Are my Donations Tax-Deductible?
We are NOT a 501 (c) Non-Profit Organization. We are a FOR PROFIT Business. We chose this direction to grow an Entity and create a properly-sustaining organization. We reinvest our revenue in order to scale a Mission that’s larger than us.
Regardless, speak with your Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to determine your Tax Liability Situation.
What do I receive in return for my Donation?
At this time, there is no value exchange for your Donation other than contributing to a worthwhile Cause.
With that being said, those who represent our Company are constantly engaging with The Community and may prioritize you if Proof of Donation is shown.
If you would like something in exchange, you can support us in other various ways through our Store.
