Missouri Sues New York for ‘Trump Political Interference’

The Missouri Attorney General, Andrew Bailey, has filed a Civil Lawsuit against The State of New York with the claim that New York’s UnJust Lawsuits are a type of Political Interference against Trump, who is a Choice of We The People. Therefore, The State of New York is REMOVING The Rights of Millions of Americans.

By Missouri’s Claim, The State of New York is hijacking The Presidential Election by scheming to jail & imprison The Republican Nomination. This is considered a War against our American Democracy (Constitutional Republic) and that in itself gives Standing to Missouri and The Rest of The Union.

For Political Reasons, New York has flung their Judicial System onto Trump — a clear case of ‘Political Prosecution’. With this, comes The Interference of Trump’s ability to Campaign and The People’s Choice to have their Candidate as the next Potential President, thus ‘Political Interference’.

This sabotages America’s ability, but most importantly, OUR RIGHT, to be well-informed and cast our vote. The Missouri AG has stated that The Supreme Court needs to dismiss The Gag Order (which is UnConstitutional) and halt Sentencing of Trump’s Cases until after The Presidential Election.

The sentiment of The Missouri AG is ideal and almost perfect, however the actions must agree with The Constitution. What I mean by this is that NO STATE, not even The Federal Government, has The Constitutional Right to levy Civil Lawsuits, as it would be an unfair advantage over Individual Rights.

BUT, The State CAN levy Criminal Charges, which is exactly what The Missouri AG should’ve opted for. Not for vengeance or redemption, but because that’s his only Constitutional tool in this situation. And at that point, The Supreme Court would have to stop sitting on the fence and Rule appropriately. However, because The Supreme Court has no Real Power (not backed by Enforcement), they are largely milk-toast.

States are at a point where they’re warring against each other with Lawfare. Eventually, this will escalate to physical tensions if Centralized Authority in Individual Sates and in The Federal Government continues to Abuse their Power.
